Detail Recipe:

150g rice of your choice , soaked for 4 hours**
Chopped Onion
Minced garlic
Chopped Coriander & scallions
Optional mushrooms (I use fresh shiitake)
300-400g coconut water
2-3 tablespoons soy sauce
Vegan cheese

➡️ 1st time: bake with air fryer at 140 degrees for 30 minutes or oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
➡️ 2nd time (after sprinkling cheese): bake for another 15-20 minutes at the same temperature as 1st time or until cheese melts.

** Soak rice to cook rice quickly. If the rice is not soaked or the rice is not cooked after the second baking, add 100g of coconut water/filtered water to the mixture and microwave for 3 minutes.
