Many people are vegan for ethical reasons which is totally understandable however, if you are eating a vegan diet just because it is “healthier” than an omnivore style diet, then you may as well just be omnivore. Regardless of what people try and scare you with, there are benefits to eating a range of foods both plant and animal based. The inverse of this however, approaches like carnivore diets, are straight up unhealthy if used as a long term approach.
