I went raw vegan for 5 days. In this video I explain what raw vegan is and show you all the foods and meals I ate during my week eating raw foods. I wanted to see how much weight I could lose by changing my diet. I also was hoping for clearer skin and hoping my eczema would get better but that might be a lot to ask for in a few days?
