I Am Losing Weight At 69 & This Is How I Am Doing It! My Mother, Myself

I got fed up with gaining weight this last year so I designed a diet for myself that is working and I want to share it with you. I also am using 95% Cocoa as my weight loss drug of choice! Please note – it took 5 days of eating 3 squares in the afternoon before dinner before I realized it had taken my appetite and cravings away like I have never experienced before. I am hoping you have the same results. One thought I have is after reaching a goal weight I would probably go to every other day? I would fear you really could get too thin. I will find out! Amazing!
I go through what I eat, when I eat and I also take you back to what I learned from my mother’s struggles with weight all those years ago.

My Diet -My Favorite Food Diet
1400 – 1500 Calories Per Day
Breakfast – Coffee & Yogurt
Linch Sliced Turkey & Cheese ( any meat will do)
Carbs in Moderation
No Bread
Dinner can be 600 calories of any food group
150 Calories ( I eat 2 to 3 squares per day netting me 170 calories) of Dark Chocolate consumed before dinner to promote
fat burning / weight loss from my middle/ – heart health
Studies Show the benefits of Eating Dark chocolate take 2 to 3 weeks.
Walk everyday
Drink Plenty of Water
