On tonight’s video, we are talking my weight-loss and how I transformed myself into a confident fit woman after losing 38KG – (America, you need to catch on but 84 pounds LOL).
I went from being extremely overweight to looking like a supermodel by doing the following:

1. I worked hard on my self-discipline,
2. I religiously practice intermittent fasting,
3. I am a stone cold vegan
4. I workout according to my bodys’ needs.

After being away from Youtube for a LOOOONG time, I finally feel settled enough again to get back to what I love doing. I kept it cool and candid as I share how I took control of my weight and call the shots now. Honestly, I am just glad to be talking to you guys again.
