Air Fryer Falafel Recipe
Into a food processor add 250g chickpeas you’ve soaked overnight, with 3 garlic cloves and 1 medium onion. Add 15g coriander (cilantro) and 15g Parsley. Season with 1 TSP of salt, pepper, cumin and paprika and add the zest of 1 lemon. Once coarse, empty into a bow and add 3 heaped TBSP almond flour – roll into balls and then air-fry until golden brown! Enjoy
