Honestly a way better Sauce for this would have been:

Delicious Raw vegan pad Thai Sauce

1 TBSP coconut aminos – gluten and soy free soy sauce substitute (optional)

1/4 cup freshly ground almond or peanut butter

1 TBSP tamarind paste (I used 2 tamarinds without the shell of course)

Juice from 1 lime juice

1” fresh ginger

1 clove of garlic

A few sprinkle of red pepper flakes

Blend with water as needed (use very little at first)
