Veggie fry up today with homemade herby gluten free vegan sausages with McCambridges amazing GF brown bread which is delicious !!!

➡️1 cup of boiled runner beans/ green beans
➡️1 cup of rolled gf oats
➡️1 teaspoon of mixed dried herbs such as : marjoram, basil, oregano, parsley and thyme.
➡️1 teaspoon of vegemite or vecon bovril.
➡️ 1 clove of garlic
➡️ 1 spring onion
➡️ salt and pepper
Cook the beans and then mix all in a processor until a thick paste mix. But maintain a level of wet/dry. Shape them into patties or sausages and fry!
