Recipe / ingredients :
1 Cup of Sauerkraut
Two cups of shredded Iceberg lettuce
Half cup of finely chopped Mint leaf
1/4 cup of finely chopped coriander (cilantro)
2 cups of Shredded carrot
1 cup of Cooked rice noodle
Chopped Basil leaves
1/4 Chopped cucumber
Prepare all the ingredients and set aside while you prepare the sauce.
That peanut sauce 😱😍😍😍
1/2 cup of creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup of tamari sauce (or soy sauce if you are not GF)
1 spoon of agave
Pinch of lemon juice
1/2 cup of warm water
Now you can wrap all of the ingredients in the rice rolls and enjoy!
