Homemade ginger beer 

This is a delicious drink at any time of the year and packs a punch! What with the main ingredient ginger root! 💥
It contains active compounds that can help relieve nausea and help fight inflammation and prevent the growth of cancer.

Making your own Ginger beer is easy! It is made from fresh or dried ginger, sugar and some lemon juice. Although some recipe call for yeast to be added – Our recipe is sparkling water and that’s all! 

The beneficial properties of ginger include : Nausea Relief by improving digestion and helping food move through your stomach. If you’re pregnant and have morning sickness, nonalcoholic ginger beer may also provide some relief from nausea! It also has epic Anti-Inflammatory Benefits because Ginger has a long history of use as an anti-inflammatory agent! 

Here is the simple recipe: 

1 litre of sparking water 

2 thumbs of ginger grated 

1 whole lemon juice and it’s zest rind grated

2 spoons of muscavado sugar

Directions

In a pestle and mortar mix the sugar, grated ginger and lemon and grind down to a paste and add to 1 litre of sparkling water on a jug. Mix and let it turn to non alcoholic ginger beer foamy heaven 😍👍🏼🍺
