Chestnut and cranberry Gluten free vegan Christmas stuffing is delicious ! What festive season would be complete without stuffing !

Cranberry sauce :
I large bag of cranberrys. (4 cups)
6 cups of water
2 cups of organic brown sugar
1 whole lemon squeezed
Cook for about 1 and a half hours then set aside in a jar overnight
1 slice pan of dairy free, gluten free vegan bread. Place in food processor and blend until fine breadcrumbs
And mix in all the below into the breadcrumbs!
2 cups of sunflower butter melted
Generous handful (large spoon) of the following herbs:
Chopped fresh parsley
Chopped fresh sage
Sprinkle of salt and pepper
8 chopped cooked chestnuts
Place in oven for about 30 minutes wrapped in tin foil
When you take it out please stir in the dense cranberry sauce from the night before.
