Green juice 

Hello 1st of September – today’s juice is a simple sweet fruit juice with a packed nutrient hit from spirulina 🌿🙌🏼

Adding Spirulina to a smoothie or juice is fab if you are tackling stress or feeling down at the minute – as this is great for a pick me up. 

Spirulina is a microalgae that has been consumed for centuries due to its high nutritional value and supposed health benefits. Today, popular lifestyle personalities endorse Spirulina as a secret, potent “superfood,” a “miracle from the sea.” It is known dating as far back as the ancient Aztecs to be beneficial in making one feel better and tacking depression and stress.

Head of romaine lettuce 

3 small apples

2 pears  

Thumb of ginger 

And a shot of spirulina🌿
