Homemade guacamole 

Home made chunky guacamole with today’s cauliflower chia wrap ✌🏻️🌿This is high in healthy fats and is absolutely delicious!

Recipe: For the guacamole –

1/2 red pepper- diced 

3 plum baby tomatoes – diced 

1 avocado – diced 

Handful of cilantro otherwise known as coriander 

Juice of 1 small lime


 For the cauliflower mix-

Cauliflower – sliced thinly and cooked on a pan with passata (tomato juice/sauce) salt and pepper. 

spoon of hummus spread on a chia wrap and then add the guacamole, spinach leaf and cauliflower 

Sprinkle with paprika and turmeric 

And enjoy ! 🌿🌿🌿
