This is an easy super quick way to have breakfast because you put it in the fridge overnight (or leave it out on the counter) and when you wake up its right in front of you.
I put hazelnut milk in my gluten free oats and berries and let it sit for the night in the fridge. Woke up and after bringing the dog for a walk I took it out of the fridge and piled some blueberries on top and a drizzle of agave syrup and it was yum!
If you want something like this for a desert it’s easy just pour alternative to milk on the oats for 10 minutes, grate some apple on top with chopped medjool dates and a sprinkle of cinnamon and then pop in the oven for 20 minutes and you have a lush porridge bake!
