Mushroom and Avocado buttered toast

Yum I love this fibre strong healthy breakfast after a long morning of work. 😊✌️🌿👌 

Mushrooms are one of my favourite thing in the world to eat! What type of mushrooms do you like?

This is so easy to prepare : Lightly toast two small slices of gluten free multi seed brown bread and mash in some soft Avocado butter with knife into the bread. Next- Sauté mushrooms, Italian plum tomatoes and tofu in a light balsamic and olive oil base for about 5 minutes. Then add to the avocado toast and 👌 it’s all Incredibly Nutritious. 

Avocados contain more Potassium than Bananas! Avocado is also loaded with Heart-Healthy Monounsaturated Fatty Acids and Fibre. The firm tofu has your protein! In a nut shell this breakfast rocks! 


Gluten free toast

Half an avocado 

4 mushrooms 

4 Italian plum tomatoes 

Salt and pepper 

Balsamic vinegar 

Tablespoon of olive oil 

Add onto the toast and eat!! Warm and hearty start to the day 🙌
