Hydrate your body every day.

It is a pretty obvious statement isn’t it? To keep your body refreshed and hydrated. Well…. Sometimes a busy day or stress can easily change that. Being a coeliac vegan and health conscious person lends itself to constantly fuel my body in a sensible manner. Most of the time… Sometimes I can’t sleep! I literally just can not sleep. So it is easy for the body to go out of whack. Which again why it’s so important to stay in line. And guess what- it’s not so hard. I promise it really isn’t!

Little things like dehydration can make migraines raise their ugly self and headaches along with a dozen other ailments. So this natural thirst quencher is something you’ll want to consider if you feel a headache coming on!

Top tip! It helps hydrate the body and can help you feel better overall, and even look better. πŸ‘€

Mint in this water will help relieve symptoms of IBS and other allergies because it has a mighty antioxidant in it called rosmarinic acid which relieves many allergy symptoms! It also aids digestion as its a super calming herb. Due to its natural menthol present it makes it a decongestant too and mixed with hot water can soothe sore throaths!

When you keep the body hydrated you enjoy the benefits of maintaining the right body temperature, which helps your cardiovascular system, assisting the cleansing of toxins in the body. You’ll be more energetic too! and being hydrated helps each of your organs work better when they’re getting enough water.

Cucumber and mint water also adds that little something extra in terms of a ‘fresh taste’ to regular water that makes you more likely to drink it more often, helping you stay hydrated.

For the best results make sure you are using purified or spring water to avoid the intake of contaminants! We don’t want any calcified brains now do we!

It soothes the appetites and helps keep skin youthful and firm – coming from a 31 year old here I will take that and run with it πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘ŒπŸ™Œ
